Early Start (9.16.2008)
I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better and my neck wasn't as sore - maybe I just needed lots of sleep! For breakfast, I had oatmeal with:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- half banana, sliced
- raisins
- almonds
- SF maple syrup
- spoonful of reduced-fat pb

Mmm that looks good! What kind of reduced fat PB do you like? I've not tried it but with my PB habit it might not be a bad idea!

Erin/ I have been trying to use up my plain old reduced-fat JIF so that I can get something more exciting and exotic sounding. ;)
